Register Today For The Mechanical & Plumbing Code Update Class

The UMCA will host the final Fall 2017 Continuing Education class on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the Utah Career Center from 9am-12pm. Attendees can earn 3 core CE hours toward their contractors license and 3 core CE hours towards their plumbers license. This class is free and available to UMCA members.

In the final seminar of the Fall 2017 Education Series, Tim Collings will address the most recent International Plumbing Code updates and changes related to grease interceptors, thermostatic mixing valves, and thermal expansions. Tim will review seismic bracing and axial movement restraints as well as bathroom groups and waste stack vents in drain-waste-vent systems.
