UMCA Client Care Seminar Will Focus on Improving Communication Skills

Today is the final day to register for the Seven Deadly Sins to Client Care seminar. Join the UMCA at the Utah Career Center on Thursday, April 5 from 8:00AM-3:30PM for a course that will teach you how to communicate with your clients. Seven Deadly Sins to Client Care, presented by Lisa Austin will explore and share the techniques that are proven to strengthen client relations and retain customers.

Lisa Austin is the founder of The Service Factor, a Denver based Corporate Training Company. She has been developing and delivering custom workshops for over 20 years with a special emphasis on Customer Service, Employee Engagement, and Effective Communication. For the past 11 years Lisa has been the lead trainer for elite HVAC companies across the country. She is certified by The Bob Pike Institute on Creative Training Techniques and is also a certified Telephone Doctor Customer Service Trainer.

Members that attend this course will earn seven Professional Education Credit Hours for both Contractors and Plumbers. The course costs $125 per attendee and breakfast and lunch will be provided. UMCA Contractor Members can use their Continuing Education Stipend toward the course fee. All contractor members are given a $1000 stipend to be used exclusively for Continuing Education classes offered by the UMCA.
